COSPAS-SARSAT Message Parser Released

Flight ATM Systems have released a COSPAS-SARSAT Message parser to parse and validate the COSPAS-SARSAT messages. The message content can be defined in offline configuration data allowing for easy modification and/or addition of new messages.

The parser is implemented using the same design patterns used for the AFTN message parser which ensure the message is returned to a caller in an XML document. Errors are also included in the W3C compliant XML file, the errors include indices to erroneous fields/tokens in order that a GUI is able to highlight the erroneous field/token.
