OLDI Message support added to the ATS Message Parser

Flight ATM Systems have released a new version of their ATS Message Parser that supports all OLDI messages specified in the EUROCONTROL 4.x OLDI standard. Where applicable, the message processing supports both ADEXP and ICAO formats.

The ATS Message Parser can be configured to specify the message content for a given adjacent unit name. The content definition applies to both OLDI and ICAO format messages.
